I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great city center location. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed, including a kettle for making my own hot drinks. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the breakfast served, which was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of options to start my day.

Pleasant room, friendly staff, excellent value for money. We truly enjoyed the balcony, it was great. 10 mins from metro station. We spent evenings at Victors, situated 400 meters from the hotel.

Nothing to dislike!

The hotel is in a central location, close to the main covered central shopping area, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. there are several pubs nearby that offer live music, providing entertainment options for the evenings. the room is spacious with a Kingsize bed and even a bath, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Some guests mentioned that noise from the nearby pub's live bands can be heard in the hotel until at least 23:30hrs, so it may not be the best choice for those with young children or light sleepers.

This hotel in Sunderland exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing information on local shops and places to eat. I also loved the attention to detail in the rooms. The soundproofing was excellent, even though it's a lively area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The provision of a kettle for boiling hot water and tea and coffee making facilities was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast served was of great value and delicious.

Great location, very close to the Empire theatre and lots of bars and restaurants. Free on-site parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Comfortable beds and rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Noise disturbance from rowdy teenagers in the adjacent room. The hotel's initial response was unhelpful, but they eventually moved us to a quieter floor.
